Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to Your Frequently Asked Questions

What is the main goal of the 'Sleep Strategies for Your Autistic Child' course?

The main goal of 'Sleep Strategies for Your Autistic Child' is to provide you with simple tools so your child can have a better quality and quantity of sleep naturally.

How long is the course, and what is the time commitment?

You decide on the timeline.

The course is made up of six modules, with each module focussing on a single time of the day, such as: Morning & Daytime Routines, Evening Transitioning, Bedtime Hygiene, Prepping to Sleep, Falling Asleep, and Middle-of-the-Night Awakenings.

You can start with whichever timeslot is causing the most difficulty for you.

Once actions are taken and you are comfortable with one module, then you can move to another module.

Each video is less than 15 minutes so it’s easy to fit it into your busy schedule. Implementation time is as unique as each child.

Are there any prerequisites or prior knowledge required to enroll in the course?

There are no specific prerequisites for this course.

It is designed to be accessible to parents and caregivers with varying levels of prior knowledge about autism and sleep issues as well as the professionals they work with.

What topics are covered in the course curriculum?

The course covers a wide range of topics.

Some example are:
establishing routines for the morning, daytime, and evening,
bathroom hygiene,
bedtime wind-down activities,
managing sensory sensitivities,
addressing anxiety,
how factors throughout the day can impact sleep,
creating an environment conducive to sleep, and
other factors that can impact sleep.

It's how we share the information that makes us special and easier for you to use. It's broken up by time slot with the appropriate information in each module.

Is there ongoing support available for participants during and after the course?

Yes, there is support through Zoom calls or Facebook lives, a 3-month membership program, which can be continued, and in the rare occasion, one-on-one consultations.

What format is the course delivered in?

The course materials are typically delivered through a combination of video lessons, written content, worksheets, and downloadable resources. This format allows participants to learn at their own pace and revisit the materials as needed.

Is there a guarantee?

Yes! I realize people are busy and it can take a while to get to the course. That’s why we allow two full weeks from time of purchase for you to decide if you have received information and action plans that are useful for your child’s sleep.

If a refund is warranted, it’s a simple one question process. That question is: How can we improve this course? You can quickly check out our [Guarantee here].

How can I enroll in the course, and what is the cost?

It’s easy for you to start by [clicking here]. I’ve worked hard to narrow the information shared in the course to be high impact, minimal time to implement, and minimal cost. You will need to spend very little money, if any, once you have the course, which costs $349 USD.

Is financial assistance available for those who may have difficulty affording the course?

There is an option of an automatic 2-payments of $190 each. The first payment will unlock the course. The second payment, 30 days later, will automatically be charged to your card. This option is for credit card payment only.

Who is the instructor or facilitator of the course, and what are their qualifications?

Diane Luzny is a mom to a child who had sleep issues until he was three. She also used to have her own sleep issues. Those circumstances led her to sharing well-researched sleep information with parents of autistic kids and the professionals who work with those kids.

Diane doesn’t want anyone to needlessly suffer the same sleep deprivation she did. The focus has always been to find ways to improve sleep naturally now and to build a lifetime of good sleep habits.

Can I access the course content on mobile devices or tablets?

This platform works on all devices.
